This puzzle was made for Scojo's weekly puzzle prompt. This is a continuation of juggler's prompt, which was to create a puzzle using another setter's invented constraint from the previous week. I really enjoyed Marty Sears' puzzle, Split Ends, but wanted to take it a bit of a different direction so that the logic felt fresh and didn't borrow too much from the original puzzle's patterns. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Placement Clues:
All grey cells outside the grid must be filled with a digit. A digit outside the grid (N) must appear in the Nth cell from the corresponding cell's border. (ex. a 1 outside the grid means that a 1 is placed in the 1st cell inside the corresponding grid border.)
Lines:
Each horizontal blonde line sums to a 2 digit number. These two digits are outside the grid at the start and end of its row, in some order.
Each vertical brunette line also sums to a 2 digit number. These two digits are outside the grid at the top and bottom of its column, in some order.

Very nice reinterpretation, placement clues got more and more powerful as you go.

Very nice! I found this one easier than Marty's, because the constraint is more powerful. Thanks

Very nice adaptation of my Split Ends puzzle! The logic did indeed feel quite fresh because of how the lines combined with the indexing clues. Particularly enjoyed row 6 :) Really slick setting
