⚪ Little Killer: Digits on the marked diagonal sum to 50.
⚪ German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by at least 5.
⚪ Ratio Pairs: Black dots indicate dominoes with one digit being double the other. Not all dots are necessarily shown.

the diagonal is purely cosmetic. the puzzle solves at level 1 without it.
but if you remove more than a few k-dots, it likely becomes very hard
