Dutch Flat Mates: The Greatest Mate

It is a pleasure to make another puzzle for this series which first was initiated by Flinty. You can see the previous puzzle of the series on the following link Dutch Flat Mates: Three is a Crowd

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

On each line, there is exactly one cell whose value is greater than the sum of any other two cells on that line.

Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Solution code: Row 8.

I love how you managed to get a unique solution with such a symmetric grid and rules that at a first glance look like they couldn't possibly break the symmetry.

Interesting how much work was done by the 5 adjacent to 1 or 9 rule.

Great puzzle with a lovely break-in as well! It’s nice that it’s symmetrical too.
