Combining Manta Ray's Parity Arrows, SennyK's German Arrows and Juggler's Dutch Arrows.
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Parity Arrows: A digit on a red arrow counts the number of digits in the indicated direction that are of the same parity (odd/even) as itself (not counting itself).
Dutch Whisper Arrows: A digit on an orange arrow counts the number of digits in the indicated direction that have a difference from itself of 4 or more.
German Whisper Arrows: A digit on a green arrow counts the number of digits in the indicated direction that have a difference from itself of 5 or more.
Solution code: digits in column 9 from top to bottom
