Thermos and Arrows

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 - 9 once in every row, column and box.
Thermometers: Digits along a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
Arrows: The sum of the numbers along the path of each arrow must equal the number in the circled cell. Numbers can repeat within an arrow shape.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio.
