FORTRESS FILLOMINO:
• Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions and fill each cell with a number (not necessarily single-digit) showing the number of cells in the region to which it belongs;
• Each region must be either strictly larger than all of its orthogonal neighbours or strictly smaller than all of its orthogonal neighbours.
THERMOMETERS:
• Values on a grey Thermometer strictly increase from the bulb end.

I love how none of the FF puzzles I've solved so far have been trivial at all from the start (including this one). Even after I think I've figured out how to approach them, they still make me think.
