First go at publishing a chaos construction! Now excuse me while I run to the kitchen, this food talk has me starving.
Rules:
Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into nine orthogonally-connected nine-cell regions, and place the digits 1-9 once in each row, column, and region.
BLT Sandwich Sums: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits appearing between the 1 and the 9 (crust cells) in that row/column. For each clued sandwich, the two crust cells are part of separate regions. The cell/cells that make up the sum are part of a singular region, and they do not share a region with either of the crust cells.
Salt and Pepper Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white salt dot are consecutive, and are in different regions. Digits separated by a black pepper dot are in a 1:2 ratio, and are in the same region.
Solution code: Row 8 digits, left to right, with region borders between digits marked with a "/“

Nice puzzle with nice flow but may I ask you to use a / or - to separate regions next time. Your symbol doesn’t appear on my keyboard and only with some copy/paste did I manage to get the solution code right. Thanks
