Its my birthday today!
So to celebrate here's a puzzle themed on the third day of the third month.
Rules:
Fill the grid with the digits 1-7 such that every row and column contains exactly three 3s and one of every other digit.
Fill each box with up to 3 unique digits.
Excluding 3s, digits in a cage sum to the given total; 3s do not contribute to the cage sum. Digits may repeat within a cage.
Have fun solving!
Solution code: Row 7

I enjoyed the first half of this puzzle. It has an interesting ruleset. However, the second half had so many options to consider and eliminate that it felt more like brute force calculation than deduction, and since there was a CTC video, I quit the solve and watched Mark finish it. After seeing what he had to do, I am glad I quit. Sorry! Great idea, but this one was too much work for me.
Edit: I just read your spoiler comment on the video. Maybe I will try again with this help.

Very nice! The repeated digits create interesting logical ripples, even as they mess with my head. This puzzle rewards big picture thinking.
