Any two cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
The numbers of two orthogonally adjacent cells may not be consecutive.
Little Killers: Digits along marked diagonals sum to the indicated value outside of the grid.

You should probably clarify which one is the positive diagonal, and that it's read bottom to top
