Ionic Arrows

This is my fourth puzzle featuring the "ions" rule. Part one featured kropki and XV pairs, part two had given digits, and part three was a killer sudoku, so now it's time for some arrows.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Every cell orthogonally adjacent to a 1 must be at least a 5 and every cell orthogonally adjacent to a 9 must be at most a 5.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
