Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the connected circle.
- Each pair of cells along an arrow (including the circle) are orthogonally adjacent.
- All orthogonal arrows are given.
For example, if r5c4 was 9 and r5c5 was 8, then 1 may not be placed in r4c5, r5c6, or r6c5.
