Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. All lines are Palindrome lines and must read the same from either end of the line. Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits connected by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits connected by a black dot must have a 2:1 ratio. All black dots are given.

Made the solution code simpler

Nice puzzle and not too hard in opinion.
One thing I would suggest is to use a simpler solution code (like a row) because this one is error prone and not compatible with the "copy to clipboard" feature of SudokuPad.
