This puzzle was created for Scojo's weekly setting prompt featuring "Index Lines" and "Fortress (Minimum/Maximum Cells)".

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules: Place the digits 1 to 9 in each Row, Column, and 3X3 box.
Index Line: On a blue line, the digit in the Nth cell along the line (starting from the diamond) indicates the position on the line where the digit N appears.
Min/Max Cells: For each line, exactly one cell is a Min cell, and exactly one cell is a Max cell. The Min cell must be less than all of its orthogonally adjacent cells, and the Max cell must be greater than all of its orthogonally adjacent cells. The rest of the cells on the line cannot be Min/Max cells.
Solution code: Row 9 digits from left to right.
