Broken Windmill (double arrow sudoku)

RULES:
Sudoku: Fill each row, column and region with the digits 1-9.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle of that arrow.
Double arrows: Digits on a line sum to the sum of the digits on the end of the line. All double arrows lines are straight.

For me this was very fun and very easy. Its interesting, I think a certain type of solver kinda just sees it immediately and it feels like a very fun snack but i also imagine this being nearly impossible without testing for some other types of solvers. I’m being vague so i don’t hint at the logic

Cool puzzle. But also somehow weird for me. Guess i made it more difficult than it should have been.
Maybe i am dumb sometimes.
