There Are Too Many Things In This Apartment

Modified Squishdoku: Place a digit from 0 to 9 in every cell, so that no digit repeats in any row, column, or 3x3 region. Cells on region borders (dashed lines) are shared between multiple regions. Number the regions from 1 to 9 in normal English reading order, moving left to right, then top to bottom. For each region N, it does not contain the digit N.
Dutch Flat Mates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn’t need both.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

Fun & Approachable squishdoku. Thanks

A joy to solve! Fairly daunting concept with 0-9 but the region restriction made it fairly approachable, my solve time even suggest 2-2.5*. Thanks!
