Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply. The grid is covered in fog. Entering correct digits may clear fog. No guessing is required.

There is one Imposter Cell in every row, column, and 3×3 box. The nine imposter cells all contain different digits. Each imposter cell takes the value of a non-negative whole number different from its digit. All imposter cell values are also different from each other. The value of non-imposter cells is the digit in the cell.

Killer cages: Values in a cage sum to the total shown in the cage’s top-left cell. Values may repeat in a cage.
Region Sum Lines: The 3x3 box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum of values.
Arrows: The value in a circle equals the sum of the values along the connect arrow.
Renban lines: Values along purple lines form a set of consecutive numbers in any order.
Dutch whisper lines: Adjacent values along orange lines must differ by at least 4.
A black dot between two cells indicates that one value is double the other.
A white dot between two cells indicates their values are consecutive.
Values in cells joined by an X sum to 10.

For each type of constraint, a digit may appear at most once across the entire grid on that constraint type. Values may repeat on constraints if allowed by other rules.

I have added a white kropki dot between cells R7C4 & R8C4 due to a small error — thanks to those who noticed.
