NO adjacent cells sum to 5 or 10. Took me an hour but had to think of relationships that don't usually show up. Good one!

I find the “All Xs and Vs are given” language amusing for a puzzle like this, but that’s my only complaint. Great puzzle, definitely made me earn it.
