Global entropy: Every 2x2 box must have at least one low, medium, and high digit (123, 456, 789).
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide blue lines into segments with equal value (sum of digits on segment).
Different lines may have different sums.

Brilliant. Quite hard and took some time but the relief when I cold start placing a few digits was great. If you like global entropy this is an amazing puzzle. Thanks!
