Arrow: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the arrow's circle.

Spilled (Custom Rule): All 9 interior cells of the 5x5 grid must satisfy the Spilled rule: a spilled cell’s value must evenly divide the sum of the values of its 8 surrounding neighbor cells.
