I created this puzzle for my father's 60th birthday which was on New Year's Eve and thought I would share it here.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

German Whispers: Adjacent digits on green lines must differ by 5 or more.

Cages: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner.

Digits in gray squares are even. The two digits separated by the black dot are in a 1:2 ratio, i.e., one digits is double the other.
