- Adjacent values on the line have different parities(Odd/Even) and a difference of 3 or more.
- Values along the line is equal to digits on the line, except the line-parts (in box 2) on cell-borders, here the values is the sum of the two cells separated by the line.

Second rule doesn't make sense.
Values are digits in this puzzle, and a digit on the line is obviously on the line.
Edited Answer: I get the confusion 'the sum of two digits separated by the line' part only apply to the line parts in box 2 that goes between cells.
Edit: The rule says "the values ALONG THE LINE are either A or B", but they are always A because they are always equal to themselves.
