Skyscrapers: Each cell represents the height of its skyscraper. Taller skyscrapers block line of sight to shorter ones. A cell with arrows counts how many skyscrapers are visible in all the indicated directions combined, NOT counting itself (therefore, its own size does not matter when determining what can be seen).
