German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Renban Lines: Digits along a purple line form a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
Black Dots: If two digits are separated by a black dot, one is double the other. Play on SudokuPad

Solid 4* for me as well, but probably a 3* when you look at the right place at the right time, which I did not. Still fun to solve :)
