where do we go from here?

I made this puzzle following Scojo's prompt to use regional constraints (as no repeats on the same clue type) along with tentropy lines.
-
Select eight digits out of the digits 1 to 9 and fill the grid with them so each digit appears exactly twice and no digit repeats in any row, column or region.
- A circle outside the grid has a value equal to the sum of the digits on the first X cells in the corresponding row/column, where X is the digit of the cell nearest to the clue. No two circles may have the same value.
-
Grid cells have a value equal to the digit in them. Every set of 4 adjacent values along the tentropy line must contain one value from each of the sets 19, 28, 37, 46. The value 5 may not appear on the line.
- Values may not repeat on the line.
-
Digits joined by a white dog are consecutive.
