Merry-Go-Round

Thanks to Scojo for their Imposter Challenge! This was my puzzle mimicking tallcat! His partner puzzle for this was Face/Off, and I won as the Imposter! Following the contest, he was inspired to create his own version with this ruleset of Enter the Dragon!
Normal sudoku rules apply
Between Lines: Cells along lines between two filled circles must have values strictly between those in the circles. Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
Entropic lines: Any set of three sequential cells along orange lines must contain a low (1-3), medium (4-6), and high (7-9) digit. Digits may repeat on a line if allowed by other rules.
