Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: Digits inside a cage sum to the total given in the top left corner of the cage.
Green line: Adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
Palindrome: Digits on a palindrome read same in both directions.
Black dot: For two digits to appear on a black dot, one digit has to be double the other.
White dot: For two digits to appear on a white dot, they have to be consecutive.

Fun puzzle, although I'm not sure about 3* rating. Maybe I was just lucky to see the right logical steps pretty quickly, but solving it took me as long as for an average 1*.
