Chaos Construction
The grid has to be divided into six regions of orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region has to contain the digits 1-6 once each.
Internal X-Sums
A digit X in a cell containing a number N in its top left corner indicates that cell sees X digits in its region (including itself) and that those digits sum to N (X counts to the sum also). For digit X in a cell with a ?, that cell sees X digits in its region (including itself). Region borders obstruct vision. Clued cells see orthogonally and not diagonally.
Hint to start
With a little consideration of Sudoku (crazy right?) you can work out X for all the given sums. Building the regions is key to progress, and it's worth mainly working from left to right.

Crazy to me that this is rated 2 stars, it was def a 4-star for me! Just over 40 min to figure it out, but my first chaos puzzle ever! Very proud (and shocked) I was able to finish it, and had loads of fun! Thanks for posting!
