Put the digits 1–8 in each row, column, and box without repeating.
The sum of the digits in a killer cage add to the number in the right hand corner.
Digits connected by a black dot must have one be double the other while digits connected by a white dot must be consecutive.
All cells must be orthogonally adjacent to one other cell such that they add to nine (i.e. all 8s must be next to a 1). Cells can touch other pairs of the same kind, but each cell can only be "paired" with one other cell. To clarify, 2x2s are allowed.
In the row/column it's looking at, ALL sums of the cells between two digits that add to nine must follow the constraint (the individual sums of the cells between 8&1 and 2&7 and so on).
Solution code: Column 1

Nope, that is NOT a nicely put together puzzle/ruleset.
quote:
"...Cells can touch other pairs of the same kind, but each cell can only be "paired" with __one__ other cell."
And somewhat later in the game a 2x2 with 2 different digits
Not even an s-shape or a z.. a blunt 2x2 where each cell forms a perfect pair with __TWO__ other cells (horizontal pairs or vertical pairs possible) not affecting anything but breaking the rule.
Also: the picture here has the "=0" row shifted up, doesn't matter much, just to let you know
