Wichtels Rätselherbst 2025 (13): Eisbahn in Wichtelhausen

To Christmas 2024 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.
Finally it was ready: at 5pm on the 4th advent, the mayor of Gnomesville inaugurated the newly-constructed ice track.
It was built on three levels. This way the users can choose between the little track for beginners and casual gliders, the middle track for those with more athletic aspirations, and the large track. The last one is for those who are training for the upcoming championships, and for attempting speed records.
From various symbols it's clear that one is dealing with a unified tripartite group. The gnomes also dashed out of their workshop and started zipping around. The head gnome had to come and remind them that they still needed to create a wichtel puzzle. Tired and grateful, they sat at the edge of the ice track and mulled it over.
Let's create a Japanese Sums puzzle — I'm sure that will give a lot of joy.
Yes, the standard fare, meaning use of the digits 1-9 that are not allowed to repeat in a row or column. Either all the sums or none are given. And of course we'll separate any two sums with at least one shaded cell. A two-digit sum may not begin with zero. Identical backgrounds have identical content. Both inside the track as well as on the edge. Then we could even build in a doubling*!
In a snap the clues were all notated and they called to the head gnome: „All done! Merry Christmas!“ – and soon they were once again sweeping across the ice.
* a double heart has double the value of a single one
