Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and box.
Eraser cells: 1 cell in every row, column and box is an eraser cell which has the value zero. Each eraser cell is a unique digit.
Place exactly 1 complete snowman in every box.
Snowmen are 1 cell wide and 2 cells tall. The base of the snowman is a larger value than its head. Snowmen cannot be orthogonally adjacent to the hot values (7,8,9). Snowmen also cannot contain the hot values (7,8,9).
Arrows: Values along the arrow sum to the value in the circle. Digits and values on arrows may repeat if normal sudoku rules allow.
Cages: Digits do not repeat. Values sum to the number given in the top left of the cage.
German whisper lines: Values of consecutive cells on the green line differ by at least 5.

Very nice puzzle, easier when a whole snowman must be in each box, makes this about a 3.5* difficulty
