Today I am happy to present a hybrid of masyu (short) and sudoku :-)
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Masyu/Parity: Draw a non-intersecting orthogonally connected loop through the centers of some cells that passes through every grey square and grey circle. The loop must turn on squares and travel straight through the cells on either side. The loop must go straight through circles. No straight-line loop segment can cross more than two cell borders. Loop acts as a parity line - neighbouring/adjacent digits along it alternate between odd and even.
Odd/Even: A digit in a grey square is even. A digit in a grey circle is odd.
V: Digits in cells joined by a V sum to 5. Not all Vs are given.
Sandwich: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits appearing between the 1 and the 9 in that row/column.
Masyu (Short) Explanation:
You can see on the example above how masyu (short) works. In my puzzle, white circles are replaced by gray circles and black circles are replaced by gray squares. You can also try to play a big masyu (short) puzzle before you solve the sudoku, link here (author of both example and big puzzle is bakpao, puzzle came from the GAPP series in the CtC Fan Discord). Rules are also explained here, however those are for normal masyu, not the (short) variant.

Thanks for a nice puzzle. One suggestion: at the beginning I was confused about the rules. Where are the Masyu rules? Finally I realised they are there, but contained in a paragraph header that says "Parity" (and nothing else). I would split that paragraph into two, and give the Masyu and parity rules separately, each with a heading.
SK: Thank you for the comment! I did it this way in my Tetromino Sudoku puzzle and got the feedback that rules should be put all together and not separately, so I guess I just can't do it in a way that fits everyone. I will change name of paragrapf to "Masyu/Parity" though :-)

Masyu requires that the line turn in at least one of the neighbouring cells after passing through a white circle. You have not specified that in your rules. Given that the title includes Masyu, you may want to add some specificity here to address that difference.
SK: The rule you mention comes from Masyu, and this is Masyu (Short). In Masyu (Short) you cannot have a straight-line segment passing more than 2 cell borders, so line must turn on both sides after going through the white circle. It is in the rules.

Brilliantly done Masyu variation with a remarkably fun Sudoku to follow. Thank you for reminding me of a puzzle I haven’t thought of in years! 1* if you’re at all familiar with Masyu but certainly 2* if you are new to it.
