Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules don't quite apply. Fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each. One cell in each row, column and box must remain empty, and another must contain two digits.
Normal-ish Numbered Rooms rules apply. Each clue given outside the grid shows ALL digits seen at the Nth cell(s) in the row or column, where N is the digit (or digits) in the cell nearest to the clue. Boxed X's indicate that either no digit is seen in the Nth room, or that N does not exist. Each '?' replaces a single digit.
