What an elegant ruleset! The combination with the pentominos and sum 25 is just fabulous. It's quite possible that I'll visit this composer more often.

That was neat! Box 7 threw me off a little at first, because I kept misreading the dutch whisper as a parity line.
The killer calculator on sudokupad is so useful.

Very nice, though I didn't find a unique solution in the last step, solving boxes 7 and 9.

@Martina If you find that Row 9 Column 2 cannot be a 6, due to the Dutch Whisper Line, then everything flows uniquely from there. For you to find a second solution, at least one of the rules must not be followed correctly. Thanks for playing. Peace to you. -Will Power
@ Will: I have 3/4 in r9c2

@Martina I see. The 3/4 deadly pattern is resolved by the pentomino, which must sum to 25. Try looking to see if your pentomino in Box 7 adds correctly. Peace to you. -Will Power

OMG - duh. Of course, sorry.

Very nice set of rules, thank you for sharing ! I do agree that the Dutch whisper was not really needed

This was lovely, thank you! Only note is that I didn’t need the Dutch whisper line at all

Beautiful puzzle with a lot of very clever interactions, I never got stuck but still it wasn't to easy so be solved fast, you just keep on limiting the pencil marks, I really enjoyed it, thank you!

Only claim: I was treating red line as parity for the whole solve, luckily it was the last thing to resolve for me and i was surprised it was not correct, I think it would be better to use orange line for Dutch whisper :-)
