It's been a minute since I set a Sudoku. Here's a puzzle, sorry about the mess in r5c4.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
German whispers: neighboring digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
Arrow: digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
The mess in r5c4: Yeah that's my bad. There are three arrows there, the top and bottom end there and the middle one goes left under the Whispers line. Really sorry about that, it won't happen again.
