Fill the grid with the digits 1 - 9 so that no digit repeats in a row, column or region.
Dashed lines are region borders, and cells on the lines are simultaneously part of all the regions bordered by that line.
Non-consecutive: Orthogonally adjacent digits cannot contain consecutive digits.
Rotational Sums of 10: All digits in the grid have a 180 degree rotational opposite. Every digit and its rotational opposite add to 10. Eg. R1C2 and R5C4 must add to 10. Eg. R3C2 and R3C4 must add to 10.

Works remarkably well! I can sort of tell why, but it's still very neat to see.
RailMan: Thank you, this was just an odd little idea I have been playing around with for a few weeks.
