{Baubles} Arrows: The digits along an arrow must sum to the value shown in the circle.
Renban Line: Numbers on this line must be consecutive, cannot repeat, and can appear in any order.
Dutch Whisper line: two cells connected by a Dutch Whisper line must have a difference of at least 4.
Region sum line: For each line, digits on the line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through.

Nice puzzle! Just a note: on SudokuPad the lime/green labels seem to be swapped. Took me a moment to figure that out.

Which lines are like and which are green? Like is a shade of green. I'm confused.

Very good puzzle, I love how it looks! However I found it a bit harder than 1 star.

I would say this is a 3-star difficulty puzzle. Others may vary slightly, but this is absolutely not a 1-star.
