If I'm ever struggling to come up with a puzzle idea, it's nice to know I can fall back on German Whispers!

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- German Whispers - neighboring digits on a green German Whisper line differ in value by at least 5.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
- XV sums - digits separated by X sum to 10; digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
