Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Ratio (Kropki) dots: Cells connected by a black dot must contain digits in a scpecified ratio (for example when 3 is inside the dot, it's 1:3, so 2 and 6).
Consecutive dots: Cells connected by a white dot must contain consecutive digits (for example, 3, 4, and 5).
Palindrome line: Digits on a palindrome line read the same forwards and backwards.
Whisper line: Two cells connected by a Whisper line must have a difference of at least 3.
Region sum line: For each line, digits on the line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through.
The orange V is just decorational, simply a carrot!

which color is which? I'm finding it impossible to tell where the lines start and end let alone which is what color. :(

The upper 2 balls are whisper lines, the bottom one is made of 2 palindrome lines, and the arms are region sum lines. Hope this clears it out!

Very fun puzzle. I found that the kropki dot between r7c8 and r8c8 wasn’t necessary.

Not sure if it's intended, but both region sum lines are completely unneeded to solve the puzzle.

Well, maybe it's true. I wanted to do a good visual puzzle, but I also didn't want to make it with plain decorations, so I thought of this idea.

I wasn't quite sure which color was which, but it turns out not to be too difficult to guess, which made a nice added challenge.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Didn't want to confuse anyone with the colors. I'll try to make them more different from each other in next puzzles.
