This is the next puzzle in my series of chaos construction/extra chaos puzzles, each with a particular constraint telling you what's in each area! Today is palindromes! If you enjoy it, please be sure to check out the previous examples:
Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into nine orthogonally-connected regions, so that each row, column and region contains all the digits 1 through 9 without repetition.
Extra Chaos: No 2x2 square anywhere in the grid may be entirely part of the same region.
Spaceships (Palindromes): Thick grey lines are palindromes, with the same digits equal distances from the centre of the line. They also obey the Seeing rule below.
Laser Fire: Thin purple lines and dots obey the Seeing rule below; they have no other constraints.
Seeing: All cells on any lines and any dots count how many cells they see orthogonally in their region, including themselves. Other regions block line of sight. Cells not on lines and dots do NOT do so.
Solution code: Sixth row (read left-to-right, nine digits, no spaces)

Great puzzle. Once you understand the first steps (4.5 stars) it gets a very nice flow and drops to 3 to 3.5 stars. If you haven’t solved this one yet, put in on your to-do-list!
