Solution code: The length of the blocks of consecutive shaded (wet) cells in row 10 of the unfolded grid, followed by row 11.

Great example of a MAD magazine! Just to be clear, not only is the folded version a valid nurikabe, but all shaded and unshaded cells match the unfolded version. For example: if column 1 row 11 is wet, then it is wet in both versions. Also columns 9 to 11 of unfolded match every wet and dry cell of columns 4 to 6 of the folded version.
