Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Non-Consecutive Loop: Draw a one-cell-wide loop that moves orthogonally through the centers of some cells. Adjacent digits along the loop are not consecutive. Numbers left of the grid indicate the number of cells on the loop in their row. Numbers above the grid indicate the sum of cells on the loop in their column. O, E, and P represent an odd, even, and prime number respectively.

Really good puzzle that provides a hearty challenge, both in the path finding stage and in filling in the digits.
When a path is described as one-cell-wide, often that goes along with a restriction against touching itself orthogonally. But there's no such restriction in these rules, so don't confuse yourself like I did!
