apologies for the colour choice if you have difficulty distinguishing red and green - hopefully it is clear that the lines all share the same cells as the arrows)
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle or pill. Numbers in a pill are read from left to right.
Ten Lines: Red Lines must be able to be entirely divided into one or more non-overlapping segments that each sum to 10.
