Normal Sudoku rules apply
Thermometers: Numbers on a thermometer strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.
Offset Thermometers: Numbers to the sides of a Offset Thermometer are added to make the value of the thermometer on that row. (eg. if 1 and 2 are on either side of the bulb, 3 is the starting value of the thermometer). If the offset thermometer lands ON a digit, the digit it is on is the value on that row. Values on a offset thermometer strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.

I had quite a hard time to understand the rule, when the offset thermo lands on a digit. The value is then just that digit (don't need to say anything about the row). Fun idea, though!
