Rules:
Play on SudokuPad
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the total given.
- Within each row, digits to the right side of a 9 are counted negatively towards cage totals.
- Within each column, digits below a 9 are counted twice towards cage totals.

Yes, only digits inside cages are counted towards the sum for that cage. The 9s do not need to be part of a cage to affect other digits.
