Fog of War. Mixed rules. Not too hard but hopefully fun.

Rules.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Black dots separate cells in the ratio shown in the dots.
Cages add to the number in the top corner. Numbers cannot repeat in a cage.
Numbers in circles are in the 4 surrounding cells.
Arrows sum to circles.
Cells along an orange Dutch whisper line must have a difference of at least 4.
Blue lines are thermometers which must increase in value from the bulb out.
