Rules:
1. CHAOS CONSTRUCTION: Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions such that each row, column and region contains the digits 1-9 once each.

2. INTERNAL X-SUMS: A digit in a circle counts the number of cells it sees of its own region in its row and column combined, including itself. Region borders block vision. A number in the top-left corner gives the sum of all 'seen' digits.

Fantastic puzzle with a very smooth path that really comes together without ever feeling too easy or too hard. Would love more like this!

Great puzzle! Pretty tough, but I still gave it 3 stars because of the overall smoothness. Thank you

Zibl: Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! It's probably a high 3 or low 4. I can see both arguments. :)

This was really fun, I found the logic for separating the clues really smooth, though I did completely mess up the possible path of one which added a lot of time in which I found a lot of interesting logic, albeit derived from the earlier error :D

Cheers!
