This was set for Scojo's Setting Saturday prompts. ThePedallingPianist redeemed this prompt to create a puzzle to go in a pack for the finale to his Rank Up series. This is my second entry for this prompt, see the first one here.

Rules:

• Normal Somedoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-5 in the grid. Row / Column N must have N different digits.

• The values in a killer cage have a sum whose even/odd parity is given in the upper left corner.

• Full Rank:
  • The digits in rows and columns, read in both directions, make a total of 20 numbers of 5 digits.
  • Cells outside the grid have a value equal to the rank of the indicated 5-digit number according to its position, where 1 goes to the smallest and 20 to the largest.
  • For one or more tied ranks, the ranks share the smaller value and later ranks skip in value, i.e. rank N has exactly N-1 ranks that are of a strictly smaller value.
