Numbered Corridors 5 (Ten Lines, Numbered Rooms)
(Published on 14. November 2025, 18:30 by Crusader175)
Fifth puzzle of my
Numbered Corridors series, exploring Numbered Rooms or Numbered Sums clue forms lines constraint.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Ten Lines: Digits along gray lines must be broken into one or more contiguous groups of cells that each add to ten. These groups cannot overlap.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction. A "?" can represent any number.
Every Numbered Rooms clue forms a straight Ten Lines starting from the N to Nth cell (Length 1 lines is not possible).

Whew, that was tricky! Writing out the possible fills for each N-corridor 10-sum was a little time-consuming, but very helpful. And revisiting the ? clue was pretty neat :D
