The digits on an arrow must sum to the value in it's circle
Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the total when given. All cages have the same total
Cells separated by a white dot must contain digits that are consecutive
Feedback welcome, was difficulty estimate accurate, was the solution path sufficiently well indicated

Super fun solve. I didn't ding the % rating, but please, in the future, just do one row or column for solution code, not two. Thanks for sharing!

Pretty fun! Difficulty seems accurate - either high end of 2* or low end of 3*.
The arrows confused me for a second, though it was quickly apparent that they're each a pair of 3-long arrows sharing their first cell.

Really fun puzzle. My killer scanning isn't as sharp as it could be, but despite that, the solve path was very smooth. Thanks.
