This was set for Scojo's Setting Saturday prompts. The prompt for this week was to create a puzzle using Split Pea Lines and White Kropki Dots.
Thanks to lmdemasi and aqjhs for testing!

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along either indicated major diagonal do not repeat.
- White kropki dots separate cells with consecutive values.
- Values in cells with a grey circle must be odd.
- The sum of values in cells connecting two green circles is equal to a concatenation of the values in the circles, in some order. For instance, 3-346-1 could be a valid line, as 3+4+6=13=1 concatenated with 3. Circles containing double digits numbers are treated as one value, so two circles containing 10 and 23 could be concatenated to form 1023 or 2310.
- Full Rank:
- The values on columns and rows, read in both directions, make a total of 36 numbers of 9 digits.
- Cells outside the grid have a value equal to the rank for the corresponding row or column among those 36 numbers, where the lowest is 1 and the highest is 36.
- There are no ties in rank.
Solution code: The digits in rank 35 (9 digits)
